Important Info for Your Stay

1. Reservations & Payments

1.1 Booking Confirmation
All reservations are considered confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card or advance deposit. Bookings are subject to room availability.

1.2 Payment Policy
Full payment for accommodation and selected services is required at the time of check-in unless otherwise stated in your reservation confirmation.

1.3 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.


2. Guest Obligations

2.1 Identification Requirement
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, Aadhaar card, driver’s license) at the time of check-in.

2.2 Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, fellow guests, and the hotel property. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in denied services or eviction without a refund.


3. Hotel Policies

3.1 Smoking Policy
HummingbirdWellness Hotel is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor spaces. Designated smoking areas are available outside the hotel premises.

3.2 Property Damage
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.

3.3 Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted on the premises unless approved in advance under specific conditions. Additional charges and guidelines may apply.
